Scholastic Book Fair will be opening on October 24th for the Parent/Teacher Conferences and will run through October 31st this year!
SPORTS :
●Congrats to our varsity football team on their victory over Marion 34-16! Good job guys!
Our pop warner team had another shutout win with a victory over MCC 28-0. Way to go CATS!
●Jv football will be watching film in Coach Wojo’s room at 3:25…DO NOT BE LATE. From there we will be going to practice full pads until 5:30….make arrangements for rides
●Congratulations to the cross country team on a great performance at Ludington this past weekend! The middle school girls took 7th out of 10 teams and bringing home medals for the Bobcats were: Justin Kissling, Eric Grismore, Jane Amstutz, Abby Kissling, and Lindsey Rudlaff. New PRs were set by Chris Norton, Toni Pate, Iyana Sielski, Kenna Wardie, and Natalie Myers. The team is back in action this Wednesday in Mesick.

MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL:
● Junior class meeting to present HOCO T-shirt designs will be today at high noon in Mrs. Riggs’s room. Come with your design to present to the class!
●Sophomore class meeting to finalize T-Shirt design during lunch today in Mrs. Griffin’s room. Sophomores need to place their T-Shirt order with Mrs. Griffin by Wednesday.
●Attention all freshmen: We will have a class meeting today in room 135 during lunch for those of you who are interested in participating the class mock rock, working on the mural, or otherwise wish to have some sort of say or input into the 9th grade homecoming business. Please get your lunch and return as quickly as you can. Class officers–your presence is required!
●Attention all highschoolers: Miss Morgan, the new college adviser, is looking for College Ambassadors to help spread and encourage college and career readiness. Please pick up an application at her office if you are interested!
●First Blood Drive of the year is tomorrow. Please make sure you see Alandria to sign up for a time.
● Congratulations to Kaitlyn Weaver and Lauren Guenthardt, the new Co-Editor of the 2020 Yearbook.
