In honor of the upcoming 250th anniversary of the United States, 6th grade students across Manistee County were invited to participate in an essay contest commemorating this historic milestone. we sing the praises of our contest winners, each of whom will have the unique opportunity to read their essays aloud before the judges and members of the Michigan Bar Association at the Manistee County Courthouse and Government Center.Congratulations to Sylvia Hobbs and Stella Wyatt on this outstanding achievement!
Last week was the last week for the After School Supper Program. This program will start back up again at the start of next school year!

MIDDLE SCHOOL/HIGH SCHOOL:

Quick student council meeting at lunch tomorrow for next year’s members in Mr Griffin’s room. –
MS choir students are dismissed at 11:45 am today and to meet in the band room. –
Dungeons & Dragons will still meet on Tuesday after school, however, we’ll have to wrap up early at 4:45, participants should arrange for modified pick up time.

2nd Choice: Hot Ham & Cheese Pretzel Sandwich, Chex Mix
