Join us October 13-17 as we celebrate National School Lunch Week!
This year’s theme is “Taste the world: Your school lunch passport”
During this time we are going to enjoy delicious meals inspired by flavors from around the globe, all prepared fresh in our kitchen! This week we will highlight the importance of a healthy school lunch to your success in and out of the classroom! It is encouraged this week to PLEASE try stepping outside your comfort box and try these new meals and experience new flavors. Everyday will feature a dish from a different country. Let’s embrace other cultures from around the world and I bet you will be glad you tried it!
SPORTS:

Cross Country at Glen Lake Invite –
JV/V Volleyball @ Mesick @ 5:30 – Bus Loads at 4:15 and leaves at 4:30 –
No JV V Volleyball games this Thursday. Parent Night will be rescheduled.
MIDDLE SCHOOL/HIGH SCHOOL:

Student Council meeting at lunch today. –
We need track athletes to help with concessions for the MS football game tomorrow. Talk to Mr Griffin or Mrs Wardie. –
No NHS meeting this week, but please check in with Mrs. Amstutz for a couple of new volunteer options. –
Jostens will be here Thursday, October 16th during lunch. Pick up your senior apparel and class ring gift with purchase items. –
Bobcats, your 2025 Middle School and High School yearbooks are here. Get your yearbooks before they are gone! We have students who still owe money and extras for sale. Please see a yearbook staff member at the Big B during lunch Tues, Weds, Thurs. –
Calling out to all our Bobcat artists! The 2026 Yearbook needs you! We are accepting submissions for the yearbook front and back cover designs. Your designs must include Brethren Bobcats and fit our children’s storybook theme. Submissions must be turned into Ms. Alissa by October 31st. Any questions, see a yearbook staff member or Ms. Alissa. –
The Literacy Club will meet Friday during lunch in Mrs. Veith’s room. –
Any student or staff members interested in joining this month’s book club should see Mrs. Veith or Mrs. Griffin to grab a book. Meetings will take place Friday, Nov. 7th. –
NAHS Meeting will be at lunch on Thursday.
