Elementary is Mr. Anderson, Mr. Belinsky, Mr. Wojo and MS/HS Mr. Knoll, Mrs.Schmidt, Mr. Veith and special guest staff. Proceeds benefit KND Peer to Peer Support Program.SPORTS : – HS Track bus loads today at 1:30 pm for Manton Invitational.- HS Track Conference Championship meet at MCE is rescheduled for Monday, May 14th. Track will not travel to Frankfort.- The Lakercats had tough battle last night as they fell to McBain 3-0. Keep your heads high ladies and get ready for your next battle on Tuesday!- The Bobcat baseball boys swept MCE in both games yesterday with mercy wins, 11-0 and 19-1. Jake faced 16 batters, had 14 strike outs and walked one. Adrian and Tyler pitched game two, with Adrian striking out two Cardinals and Tyler with one KO. Skylar Wojo had a hitting clinic last night going 4-4 with 3 RBIs, Jalen and Jake were 3 for 4 and Gavin was 3 for 4 with 5 RBIs. A lot of great plays were recorded last night: Brady had his Varsity hit, Troy hit a triple, Mason slid across home, Skylar was lead-off, Hunter showed off his “hops” and the game was called while we were at bat with no outs. The Bobcats’ next game will be Thursday at home when they host Suttons Bay. – Mrs. Riggs has this year’s baseball hats for sale, $15 each. – Sports physicals at the school on Wednesday, May 16 starting at 3 pm. The cost is $25. Please make checks out to KND Schools. The school gets a portion of the money from the hospital. MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL: – For all those students attending prom, listen carefully. Prom doors at Crystal Mountain open at 6 pm. Check the place out and vote for your king and queen candidates. Dinner will be served promptly at 6:30 pm. Prom ends at 11 pm. – After Prom Doors will open at 11:30pm at the school and all after prom people have to be there before the doors close at 12 pm. That gives you up to one hour to get there. After prom runs until 3:30 am. Let’s make it one of the best nights ever!!!!!!- Attention Seniors: After Friday May 11th, you MAY NOT charge lunches if you have a negative balance on your account.
